Prior to becoming a realtor in 2007, Susan had over 20 years of successful sales and marketing experience and recipient of several sales achievement awards within various blue chip organizations, always top of her game.
She was fortunate to have received sales & marketing training that most realtors don't have from companies known for exceptional development: Xerox, GlaxoSmithKline, Bristol Myers Squibb, General Foods to name a few.
This outstanding advantage has allowed her to rise quickly to the top in residential real estate sales where she maintains a dominate position as Top 1% in dollar volume sold since 2015 of over 68,000 realtors.
She is a trained and experienced negotiator to assist you in getting the best price for your home.
Her experience has been sought after by Ontario Real Estate Association (Realtor Edge magazine), Toronto Regional Real Estate Board, CTV news and Rogers Media to name a few.

Since 2007 she has either volunteered or chaired/co-chaired on many committees including By-law, Education, Member Communications, Government Relations, Arbitration and Professional Standards, Finance, & Consumer Relations.
Susan has been to Queens Park in Toronto and Parliament Hill in Ottawa to meet with officials advocating for home ownership policies that make sense.
In two land slide victory elections SUSAN GUCCI was selected by her peers /the members of the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board to serve on their Board of Directors as Director at Large, representing the largest real estate board in North America. Susan was honoured to have been selected by the Board to be part of their elite executive.
Her passion for ensuring REALTORS are held to the highest standards prompted her to volunteer her personal time.
Susan is a member in good standing with The Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, a premier independent authority in training and certification for real estate agents in the art of handling luxury properties. Members of The Institute actively seek out the latest information in marketing strategies, stay on top of changing market conditions, and know how to handle the special needs of an elite clientele and their exceptional properties.
A PASSION FOR GIVING BACK
Susan is married to Frank and together they have three grown children. Her passions include reading, decorating, gardening and spending time with family & friends.
She is also passionate about giving back to the community and was awarded a prestigious Civic Award from the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board for her contributions. Royal LePage Canada honoured her with their Realtor of the Year award for Ontario, a prestigious award that recognizes realtors that are not only very successful in their career but are giving back to their communities in an exceptional way.
Susan has been instrumental in a number of programs that support children at local schools. From starting breakfast programs, to educating children on bicycle safety, to career choices with Junior Achievement, she is determined to make a difference.
For the last number of years she has been a top 10% donor with the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation helping women & children escape violence and rebuild their lives.
Since 1998, the Shelter Foundation has raised more than $24 million and currently supports 200 local women’s shelters and national partners.
