" We interviewed a few agents to help us sell our home and immediately after speaking to Susan knew we would hire her. There were a couple of things that could have presented a problem for a potential sale: no basement, only 2 bedrooms and our next door neighbour's unkempt house. She acknowledged those issues, but steered us towards things we could do something about.
